I usually get my haircut and beard trim at this location, preferably by Farah, and I always had a great experience. Farah is excellent at her work, has a pleasant demeanor and good to have a conversation with. I will highly recommend this location and especially Farah to others.

One employee white woman wearing Green Bay Jersey was yelling at the older employee (Farah I believe is her name)in front of everyone.. down grading her and telling her to shut up... It wasn't just an argument that lady was yelling and be littling her... If front of customers.. including small children

Called this location to check availability of stylist as I was driving and I did not want to pull over to check in on-line. Checked in at the store and was next in line for a specific stylist. (3 minute wait) Great ! After a 5 minute wait I went to on deck status. Again everything progressing as expected with no issues. 2 minutes later, when the stylist finished her current customer, I went to a 25 minute wait. Why bother checking in or having an appointment if others are then moved in front of waiting customers? If this is the way the site operates, it is time to find another place to have my hair cut.
